Terms of Service - MyCampus DNB Solution

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the access and use of the MyCampus Mobile Application and Web Portal services provided by DNB Solution for registered academy students, parents, and instructors.

Article 2 (User Obligations)

Users must comply with academy campus safety guidelines, maintain accurate account credentials, and respect community standards when communicating with instructors, students, and academy staff.

Article 3 (Service Access & Privacy Protection)

All user account credentials and academic data are encrypted and protected in accordance with international privacy laws and our Global Privacy Policy.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities & Moderation)

Bullying, abusive language, harassment, unauthorized distribution of class materials, or commercial spam is strictly prohibited. Accounts violating community standards are subject to immediate suspension.

Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)

DNB Solution provides the platform on an "as-is" basis for academy management and video streaming, and shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from device network connectivity disruptions beyond reasonable control.
