Article 1 (Collection & Purpose / 수집 항목 및 목적)

MyCampus collects minimal personal information necessary to deliver educational services, attendance tracking, and 1:1 live video lessons:

• Student: Name, Student ID, Profile Photo, Level Test Scores, Attendance Records, Class History, 1:1 Desk Messages.
• Parent: Name, Linked Student ID, Digital Signature, Shuttle Bus GPS Access.
• Teacher: Name, Teacher ID, Shift Logs, Payroll Data, Evaluation Feedback.
• Hardware Permissions: Camera & Microphone (1:1 Live Level Test), Photos (Class Materials Download), Push Notifications, Biometric Authentication.

Article 2 (Retention & Storage Period / 보유 및 이용 기간)

Personal data is retained for 6 months after student graduation or enrollment completion to support academic records verification, after which it is permanently and securely destroyed.

Article 3 (Data Erasure / 파기 절차 - GDPR Art. 17 Compliant)

Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data at any time. Account deletion can be requested inside the mobile application under Settings > Delete Account or by contacting our Data Protection Officer.

Article 4 (No Selling or Sharing / 제3자 판매 및 마케팅 공유 금지)

DNB Solution DOES NOT sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with third parties for commercial advertising or marketing purposes (CCPA / CPRA Compliant).

Article 5 (International Data Transfers / 국외 이전 및 위탁)

Data is transmitted and processed securely via world-class international infrastructure in compliance with GDPR Chapter V:

• Agora RTC (US/Global): End-to-end encrypted 1:1 Live Video Streaming
• Supabase Inc. (US Cloud): Database Hosting & Encryption-at-Rest
• AWS S3 / CloudFront (Global CDN): Encrypted Media & Application Content Distribution

Article 6 (Child Privacy & Parent Consent / 아동 보호 - COPPA Compliant)

Processing personal data of students under the age of 14 (or 16 in EU jurisdictions) requires verifiable parent or guardian consent during enrollment.

Article 7 (Automatic Data & Cookies / 자동 수집 거부)

Secure LocalStorage is used for session authentication persistence. Users may clear site data via device settings to opt out of local storage session caching.
